Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispute Resolution Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of re-determination files and dispute resolution documents
• Build and analyze reconsideration/dispute resolution case files for validity
• Respond to inquiries from appellants/patients regarding the dispute resolution process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience with provider disputes or claims
• One year of interaction with claims from larger insurance plans
• One year of general office or administrative experience
• Some knowledge of research techniques and Medicare appeals program
