A company is looking for a Documentation Platform Manager to oversee the migration and management of its documentation platform infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration from Salesforce to a new documentation system, coordinating with stakeholders and managing vendors
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical, content, and platform teams regarding documentation
- Own the documentation platform's operations, roadmap, and performance, including feature prioritization and user management
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with enterprise-level documentation platforms or knowledge base systems
- Experience managing or migrating structured authoring systems, with a preference for Paligo
- Strong program or project management background with successful cross-functional initiative leadership
- Familiarity with integrating documentation systems into marketing and product tech stacks
- High-level technical literacy to translate business requirements into platform configurations
