Job Summary

A company is looking for an Education Coordinator to support student success through academic guidance and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate diagnostic testing to assess new students' academic readiness and recommend course selections
• Guide new students and families through onboarding and develop comprehensive graduation plans
• Monitor academic progress and provide regular updates to students and parents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education and at least 1-year related experience, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to new technology
• Ability to assess individual student and family educational needs
• Dedicated to providing a customer-focused, student-centered experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic online environment
