Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Account Manager with an eCommerce focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client communication and manage retention strategies for multiple accounts
• Develop innovative campaign concepts and collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality content
• Own retention performance through management of email and SMS flows, campaign calendars, and data-driven optimizations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of comprehensive eCommerce retention marketing experience
• Proven ability to manage 8-10 accounts simultaneously with a creative team
• Prior experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs at an advanced level
• Strong portfolio of full-funnel email and SMS campaigns
• Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics influencing retention decisions
