• Experience managing the implementation of commercial energy efficiency programs
• Leadership experience in a dynamic environment, with a focus on team motivation and growth
• Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines accurately
• Experience in employee training and development, particularly in performance management
