• 10+ years of experience in software implementation and engineering with complex datasets
• 5+ years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams of 20+
• Technical expertise in data storage, query, ETL orchestration, and AI/ML pipelines
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management
• Strong process orientation with experience in project management methodologies
