Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in the software industry with experience in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams through growth and change
• Experience managing individual contributors and engineering managers
• Prior experience in a Director-level role with direct reporting to executives
• Hands-on experience with scaling distributed systems and modern software development practices
