Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their Women's Health team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Android and iOS engineers to design and maintain app features related to women's health
• Oversee the development and delivery of technical cross-functional projects, collaborating with various teams
• Provide mentorship to team members and contribute to technical discussions, ensuring engineering excellence

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Technical degree or equivalent software engineering experience
• Experience managing Android and/or iOS engineers and shipping consumer-facing mobile applications
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and a passion for women's health
• Strong people management skills and ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance for the team
