Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing technical teams of 6 or more engineers
• Direct experience managing machine learning and applied engineering teams
• Proven engineering background in building AI/ML platforms
• Deep knowledge of data flywheels, evaluations, and quality hill-climbing
• Strong leadership experience in hiring and mentoring senior engineers
