Engineering Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Program Manager (Data and Analytics for Products and Services).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives related to user behavior data including transactions, clicks, downloads, and customer journey
• Support efforts to replace the legacy Data and Analytics application with a newly built internal analytics tool
• Drive coordination across stakeholder teams to align on dashboarding, reporting infrastructure, UI elements, and API design

Required Qualifications

• Mid-level program management experience in data and analytics environments, specifically with Commerce and Payment data
• Strong business acuity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with BI tools, backend and frontend system requirements, and data infrastructure
• Experience working with stakeholder teams to identify and implement requirements for analytics applications
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems
