Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage posting requests to Sales Force Trusted Care for customer downloads, including security bulletins and patches
  • Oversee license management of tools, including budgeting and purchasing requests
  • Define and enforce policies for the Development Support team while updating relevant documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in software development support
  • Experience in software configuration management
  • Strong organizational skills for budgeting and process adherence
  • Familiarity with development tools such as Jenkins, BitBucket, Jira, and Confluence
  • Understanding of SalesForce and Coupa purchasing tools
