As an Enterprise Associate – Ad Sales, you will manage, execute, and improve processes that accelerate growth of our ads and promotions offering and drive efficiency of our sales team. In this role, you will execute campaign contracts, setup, and billing while also analyzing reporting to drive campaign performance. You will work hand in hand with the Account Executive and clients to ensure seamless launch of all marketing campaigns. You will also work cross-functionally with account management, legal, revenue and accounting, and partner management teams to improve our tools and processes.

• You have a 4-year college degree.
• You have 2+ years of experience in Ad operations, Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Advertising, or Sales Operations.
• You have experience with Salesforce, Tableau, GSuite, and Slack.
• You have the ability and aptitude for learning new concepts, programs, and technical tools on the job.
• You are extremely organized, have exceptional attention to detail, and can balance multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• You consistently meet deadlines and thoroughly follow processes.
• You are analytical and familiar with advertising goals and KPIs.
• You are motivated by data-driven problem solving and have excellent Excel/data analysis skills.
• You excel at communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• You are self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity. Rapid change and learning is exciting to you, and you thrive in ambiguous, startup environments.
• You have a passion for data, operations, and customer service, and are ready for a new challenge.
