Enterprise Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager - Epic Aura.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive Epic Aura rollout strategy and collaborate with EHR Implementation Program Managers
• Act as the primary liaison across departments to ensure stakeholder alignment and common goals
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage resources, and communicate program progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience in program and project management with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
• Background in EHR/EMR integration is a plus
• Experience in implementing project management software
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope
