Duties:
– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
– Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
– Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
