Equipment Operator/Laborer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting.

Duties:
– Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment including loaders, backhoes, graders, and water trucks
– Perform tasks such as grading, bulldozing, and trenching
– Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated in a safe manner
– Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
– Coordinate with construction crews to support project needs

Requirements:
– Prior experience in heavy equipment operation
– Proficiency in operating loaders, backhoes, graders, and water trucks
– Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and basic maintenance
– Ability to work in a fast-paced construction site environment
– Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation

Nice-to-have Skills:
– Loader operation experience
– Backhoe operation skills
– Grader operation proficiency
– Familiarity with water truck operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
