Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist IV to manage complex complaints and escalations from members or providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues from various communication channels
  • Maintain relationships between departments to ensure effective issue resolution
  • Document and respond to all assigned complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 4+ years of related experience required
  • Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to experience
  • Experience in a Supervisor or Lead role is highly preferred
  • Preferred experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or Managed Long Term Care
