Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service
• Promote best practices and guide the claims team in accordance with organizational standards
• Manage workloads, define team goals, and motivate performance for optimal efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Experience handling federal claims including Defense Base Act (DBA) and Longshore
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
• Knowledge of team member related functions
