Field Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Marketing Manager who will build and scale a field marketing program focused on events and account-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute a comprehensive events and experiences strategy to drive enterprise pipeline growth
  • Oversee logistics and execution of events, including theme development, vendor management, and lead goal setting
  • Build successful campaigns and events into repeatable programs while collaborating with marketing and sales teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a field marketing role, particularly in B2B technology
  • Proven experience in defining, planning, and executing field marketing, events, and ABM strategies
  • Experience with various event types, including large-scale industry gatherings and exclusive experiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate project timelines and responsibilities
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly with industrial or automotive equipment, is a plus
