Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Support Representative to serve as a liaison between the Home Office team and Area Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Area Directors in skill development and build one-on-one relationships
- Train Area Directors on processes and procedures through phone conferences
- Respond to inquiries and concerns from Area Directors and their advertising clients via phone and email
Required Qualifications
- Ability to learn quickly and a desire for growth
- Confidence in decision-making based on knowledge and training
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
- Resourcefulness and adaptability in a changing environment
- Ability to work under fast-paced deadlines
