Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance who will oversee financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual operating budgets and prepare forecasts, including monthly and yearly projections
• Administer management variance analysis reports and provide dashboard and board reporting packages
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and cashflow forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10 years of financial analysis experience, with 3-5 years in financial leadership roles
• 5 years of experience leading a team in accounting and finance
• Experience in a PE-backed environment and in software or technology-focused businesses
• Strong executive presence and ability to interface with senior leadership and investors
