A company is looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial reporting process and collaborate with departments for revenue planning and forecasting
• Manage company-wide headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Track key operating and financial metrics to inform resource allocation and investment decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, strategy consulting, or investment banking
• Outstanding financial modeling and Excel skills
• 1-2+ years of experience in a public company is a plus
• Experience with NetSuite preferred
