• Support advisors with client account opening and maintenance processes

• Act as an intermediary between financial advisors and third-party vendors

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of financial services experience
• Broad knowledge of financial services and planning concepts
• Hospitality mindset and experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Orion and/or Salesforce is a plus
