Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management (FinTech).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers and own the roadmap for fintech products supporting FLAT operations
• Define and execute product strategies that automate and enhance corporate financial and compliance workflows
• Drive AI integration across FLAT systems, collaborating with engineering and data science teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product leader, with experience in Agile development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• 6+ years of FinTech product management experience
• Proven experience in leading AI-powered or data-driven product development from ideation to launch
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, or legal operations
• Experience working with SaaS tools, custom-built platforms, and AI/ML models
