A company is looking for a Bilingual Loan Processor for Florida Loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify new loan submissions and ensure completeness
• Compile and process all loan documents in a timely manner to meet projected closing dates
• Communicate with various stakeholders to facilitate loan approval and closing processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of current or recent FHA/VA Loan Processing experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience processing Florida loans
• Proficiency in Encompass and nCino
• High school diploma or equivalent
