Abstract, code, sequence, and interpret clinical information from various medical records
Assign correct diagnoses and procedure codes while ensuring accurate sequencing
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and track productivity levels
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience coding inpatient medical and surgical cases
Experience with Epic and 3M software
Active CCS, RHIT, or RHIA credential
Successful completion of an AAPC or AHIMA-approved Coding Certificate Program
Able to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST
