A company is looking for a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster who will manage and resolve claims while providing exceptional service to clients and claimants.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the claim file outcome

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' license required, with preference for Florida license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
