Position Summary
Ballers Philadelphia is looking for a fast-paced, team-oriented Food Runner to support our front-of-house team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience—ensuring that food is delivered promptly, accurately, and with attention to detail both in the restaurant and throughout our second-floor play areas, where guests enjoy food and drinks while they play.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables and play areas quickly and professionally
• Assist servers by ensuring guests receive the correct dishes with proper presentation
• Deliver food and beverage orders to guests in designated secondfloor play zones (e.g., pickleball courts, golf bays)
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination and order accuracy
• Assist with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness of service stations
• Respond promptly to guest requests or relay them to the appropriate team member
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and communicate item details when needed
• Support other service staff during busy hours to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work on your feet and move quickly for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and a guestfirst attitude
• Professional appearance and attention to detail
• Must be comfortable navigating a twostory venue and delivering to various play areas
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
