Forestry Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forestry Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for forest and landscape inventory finalization and SFM plan development
• Advise on participatory planning and community engagement strategies
• Contribute to the development of project proposals and preparation of technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSc) in Forestry, Natural Resources Management, Environmental Science, or related discipline, or a university degree with 2 years of relevant experience
• A minimum of five years of professional experience in forestry and/or natural resource management
• At least three years focused on project development and implementation within the region
• Full proficiency in English
• Experience in sustainable forest management and participatory planning processes
