Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Analyze client campaign performance metrics and optimize financial operations for media buying and creative services
• Manage relationships with financial partners and ensure compliance with financial regulations across international operations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO or VP of Finance in a high-growth environment
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS companies with a strong understanding of company metrics and KPIs
• Comprehensive knowledge of FP&A and GAAP accounting
• Familiarity with M&A activities and experience with ERP platforms
• Data-driven decision-making mindset with expertise in financial modeling and analysis
