Responsibilities
• GAME TIME WELCOME, LIFETIME IMPRESSION: As the first point of contact, you’ll set the stage for legendary guest experiences, ensuring a positive and energetic start to their visit.
• You’ll play a vital role in the smooth operation of the front-of-house, assisting with guest seating and flow to ensure everyone gets to the action quickly.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient guest service and a positive overall dining experience.
Qualifications
• You possess a basic understanding of restaurant flow and guest service principles.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for making people feel welcome.
• You are organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
