An exciting opportunity: Fashion Customer Service Representative – Czech! We’re looking for someone to start immediately in this Remote role. A background in Data accuracy will be highly beneficial. The compensation for this role is $18k per Year.

Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:
• Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers
• Manage customers’ orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
• Provide and excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales

What we offer
What We Offer:
• Full-time position (38.5hs/week), from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00
• Temporary contract
• Salary: 18.000€ gross/year
• This is a hybrid job so living in the Barcelona area is a requirement.
