Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Engineer (Full-stack).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fullstack development of an intelligent lead generation platform
• Build modern, performant UIs and develop backend services to support AI workflows
• Collaborate across teams to iterate quickly and prototype emerging AI tools

Required Qualifications

• Strong fullstack experience with modern frontend frameworks and Python backends
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM features into production systems
• Deep familiarity with AWS serverless tools
• Strong product sense and understanding of conversion funnels
• Proven ability to self-direct and deliver meaningful features with minimal oversight
