Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team
• Manage policy expirations and renewals, including conducting client research and preparing proposals
• Monitor and maintain activity to ensure timely completion and deliver excellent service

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Required active licensing; professional designation preferred
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
