Job Summary

A company is looking for an LVN Clinical Scheduler, Part-Time, Remote Weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate care for home health services
• Maintain accurate records and data entry related to scheduling
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• LVN/LPN license preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with scheduling in the medical field; homecare scheduling experience preferred
• Minimum of one year experience in data entry and medical records maintenance
• Home Health Scheduling experience preferred
