Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications in HR, Immigration, or Global Mobility preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing global mobility programs, including immigration and relocation
• Deep knowledge of cross-border employment law and remote work compliance
• Strong vendor management skills and ability to collaborate across various teams
• Proficiency in Workday, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel
