Job Summary

A company is looking for a Government Contract Specialist to support their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lifecycle of government purchasing agreements from sourcing to administration
  • Provide guidance on contract interpretation and ensure compliance with legal requirements for government contracts
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage various contract documents and serve as the primary contact for contract correspondence
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience managing government purchase agreements lifecycle, including GSA compliance
  • Familiarity with federal supply schedules and various contract types such as IDIQ and firm fixed price contracts
  • Proven negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong research skills and critical thinking abilities
  • CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM credentials preferred, along with DFARS and/or FAR compliance experience
