A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social who will drive customer acquisition through paid social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, optimization, budget pacing, and reporting across paid social platforms
• Continuously analyze and iterate to scale campaigns and improve performance
• Develop a testing roadmap to enhance campaign effectiveness through various strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns, preferably in high-growth eCommerce or DTC brands
• Proven ability to build and scale paid social programs
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and attribution tools
• Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
