We manage a portfolio of short-term rentals and mid-term furnished units. We need a charismatic Sales-minded Guest Communications VA to create five-star stays, turn inquiries into bookings, and keep occupancy high.
Key responsibilities
Respond to Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Furnish Finder inquiries within 15 minutes
Proactively follow up on Furnish Finder leads via email, SMS, and phone to convert prospects.
Maintain daily pricing, minimum-stay rules.
Upsell extended stays, cleaning add-ons, early check-in/late check-out, and partner services (parking, tours, etc.).
Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance teams; open/close work orders in OwnerRez or Hostaway.
Generate weekly occupancy, ADR, and revenue reports; suggest marketing tweaks.
Must-have qualifications
1+ years frontline guest-service or reservations experience (hotel, STR management, or BPO).
Solid track record turning cold or warm leads into closed bookings.
Clear spoken & written English; persuasive copywriting skills.
Comfort making outbound calls and video walk-throughs when needed.
Tech-savvy with G-Suite, Slack, and Canva/basic graphic editing.

Knowledge of Furnish Finder best practices
Experience running Meta or Google Ads for STRs.
