Job Summary

A company is looking for an H1B Business Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of H1B experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file H1B petitions for various companies
• Communicate with clients regarding their cases and manage case files
• Collaborate with attorneys on Requests for Evidence (RFE's)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of H1B experience with O-1 in a business immigration law firm
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Remote work capability in the CT or EST time zone
