Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing BDR talent while fostering a results-oriented culture
• Own the outbound engine and collaborate with marketing to drive conversion from leads to qualified opportunities
• Establish reporting and dashboards for tracking performance metrics and optimizing sales processes

Required Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in SaaS sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to build and coach high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
• Expertise in leading inbound and outbound sales motions with a focus on prospecting strategy
• Proficient in CRM and GTM technologies, with experience using AI-driven tools for productivity
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a capacity to lead through change
