Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Information Management Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries
• Review electronic chart documentation and process release of information (ROI) requests
• Scan, edit, and manage medical records while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service within a hospital or healthcare environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work normal business hours of 3:00pm - 11:30pm CST, with potential overtime
