Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Navigator, Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and monitor medical alert alarms, determining response requirements
• Contact clients to assess alerts and manage inbound and outbound calls related to alarm activities
• Maintain accurate records and assist with client enrollment and support

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Two (2) plus years of related professional or healthcare medical experience
• LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Call Center experience preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience accepted
