Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Services Assistant to support the Care Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of appointments and administrative tasks for the clinical team
• Research patient concerns and collaborate with team members to provide resolutions
• Document client data in medical records and facilitate communication across multiple disciplines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Knowledge of medical terminology, typically obtained through Medical Assistant Training, Patient Care Technician, or Certified Nursing Assistant Training
• Two years of healthcare experience
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet shifting deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
