Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health System Implementation Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee implementation initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and tracking tools for complex cross-functional projects
• Serve as a liaison with leadership and stakeholders to translate organizational plans into executable priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a similar discipline; PMP Certification is desirable
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in project management or consulting
• Deep experience in managing complex and transformational programs
• Proven success in client-facing roles with strong executive presence
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, and Agile
