Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Collections representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patients' financial situations
• Understand and utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls
• Manage patient disputes and escalate issues to a supervisor as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum one year of related work experience
• Preferred: Minimum one year of collections experience
• Preferred: Minimum one year of EPIC experience
