Healthcare Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Compliance and Legal Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with legal and compliance teams to monitor and approve healthcare transactions
• Conduct audits to identify compliance risks and maintain compliance policies and procedures
• Prepare reports for senior management on compliance status and manage the compliance hotline and portal systems

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, law, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Health Care Compliance or a related role
• Strong audit experience and familiarity with CMS Transparency Reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of Federal and State Regulations within a healthcare compliance environment
