Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring processes
• Prepare staffing reports and track key metrics while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree
• 3 or more years of experience in managing the entire recruiting life cycle
• 3 or more years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing experience preferred
