Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to assist members with technical difficulties related to their mobile app or website.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to members experiencing technical issues with registration and password resets
• Guide members through navigating the website or mobile app and escalate issues to the engineering team as needed
• Document and manage a high volume of support requests efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year experience in a help desk environment preferred
• 1 year experience in a virtual call center
• Experience handling a high volume of calls or help tickets (100+/day)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 360 applications and foundational computer skills
