HR Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Compliance Analyst to support compliance initiatives within an outpatient health network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop facility-specific HR policies and procedures aligned with compliance standards
  • Conduct Form I-9 audits and support vendor transitions and process enhancements
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to establish a modernized HR compliance program
Required Qualifications
  • B.S. degree required
  • Experience in building or contributing to HR compliance programs
  • Understanding of federal employment law and compliance trends
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Organized and resourceful; SHRM certification is ideal but not required
