HR Process Innovation Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Process Innovation Architect (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Interface between functional users and technical resources to gather and communicate requirements
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop optimization strategies for business processes
• Lead projects aimed at optimizing HR systems and coordinate testing for technology implementations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, IT, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in corporate program management or technology project leadership
• 2+ years of experience with Workday or similar cloud-based HR software
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Certification in continuous improvement methodologies preferred
